Michele Villani talks about the choice to participate in the competition with his club, Roma C8

Today we are going to deepen an iconic club as Roma C8. The team comes from Italy, where competes in the first division of Lega Calcio a 8. It was born in 2006 and has won the championship once throughout its history.

Here is the interview with Michele Villani, president of Roma C8:

Where are you from? 
We come from Rome, Italy.

How long have you been playing together?
We have been playing together for several years now. Every year we add some new players, but the team’s base is always the same.

Do you compete in a league in your country? What kind of league?
We are involved in the Serie A of Lega Calcio a 8, the most important league of 8-a-side football in Italy.

What made you decide to partecipate at Rome International Cup?
It’s a great event, and we can’t miss it. For us this event will be special because we’ll partecipate with a group of players of our academy mixed with some of our First Team. It will be our honor to compare with teams from all over the world.

What’s your goal for the tournament?
We’ll try to do our best, but the most important thing is to live a great experience with our staff and our academy’s players. They deserve it!
